复方丹参注射液对人脐静脉血管内皮细胞株HUVEO生长的影响

摘　　要：目的：观察复方丹参注射液对人脐静脉血管内皮细胞株（HUVEC）生长的影响。方法：取HUVEC进行传代培养，将其置于96孔培养板中，设置正常组、丹参组、空白组，每组分别设置8个复孔。向正常组和丹参组中分别加入无菌生理盐水、复方丹参注射液（1．25mg／m1），空白组不加任何药液，造模成功后进行培养。采用四唑盐比色（MTT）法分别检测各组的0D值，并对比三组之间的丙二醛（MDA）、一氧化氮（NO）含量。结果：丹参组OD值显著低于正常组和空白组，组间差异均显著（P〈0．05），而正常组与空白组OD值比较差异均不显著（P〉0．05）：丹参组MDA、NO的含量也均显著低于正常组和空白组（P〈0．05），而正常组与空白组MDA、NO的含量比较差异均不显著（P〉0．05）。结论：复方丹参注射液有助于改善HUVEC的生长和增殖状态，还可下调HUVEC中MDA和NO分泌与合成水平，有助于减轻氧化应激损伤。Objective To observe the effect of Compound Salvia Injection on the growth of human umbilical vein endothelial cell line [HUVEC）. Methods HUVEC was cultured in the 96 hole culture plate, the normal group, Salvia group and blankgroup were set, and each group was set with 8 holes. After successful modeling, the normal group and Salvia group were cultured with sterile physiological saline, compound Salvia injection （1.25mg/ml） respectively, the blank group did not add any liquid. Using four tetmzolium （MTT） colorimetric method respectively to detect the OD value, and compared between the three groups of malondialdehyde （MDA）, nitric oxide [NO） content, Result The OD values of Salvia group was significantly lower than that of normal group and blank group, there were significant differences between the groups （P〈0.05）, but the difference between normal group and the blank group was not significant （P〉0.05）; the content of MDA and NO in Salvia group were significantly lower than that of normal group and blank group （P〈0.05）, and there were no significant difference between normal group and blank control group MDA （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Compound Salvia injection can help to improve the growth and proliferation of HUVEC, and also can down regulate the secretion and synthesis of MDA and NO in HUVEC, which is helpful to reduce oxidative stress damage.
