摘  要:广西南宁某规模化猪场近期爆发疫情,临床表现为断奶仔猪发热、喘气、腹式呼吸、关节肿大,剖检发现病猪胸腔积液,心脏呈现"绒毛心"症状以及肿大关节有黏液,通过实验室检测发现该猪场蓝耳病(PRRS)抗体水平离散度高,从病猪身上可以检测到蓝耳病病毒(PRRSV),分离的细菌经鉴定为血清5型副猪嗜血杆菌(HPs),且出现了一定程度的耐药现象。该病例是由于猪场免疫效果不理想以及断奶仔猪转群等应激因素造成的蓝耳病和副猪嗜血杆菌病混合感染,提醒猪场应注意蓝耳病的防控。Disease outbreak recently at a large - scale pig farm of Nanning in Guangxi province. The clinical manifestations were fever, gasp, abdominal respiration and arthrocele of weaned piglets. Autopsy revealed porcine pleural effusion, "cor villosum" and mucus in swelling joints. By laboratory testing, a high level of dispersion in antibody of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS) was found, and porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) was detected from tissue samples as well, Also, the isolated bacterium were identified as serotype 5 of Haemophilus parasuis(HPs) along with a certain degree of drug resistance. The mixed infection of PRRS and HPs was due to the unsatisfactory immunization of PRRS, stress response from changing pool of weaning piglet, etc. , and prevention of PRRS was reminded.
