摘　　要：大部分多囊卵巢综合征(Polycystic Ovary Syndrome,PCOS)患者都患有胰岛素抵抗(Insulin Resistance,IR),而胰岛素抵抗又与糖尿病,高血脂症等疾病的发生有着密切的联系,治疗PCOS患者的胰岛素抵抗对患者的预后以及生命质量有着很大帮助。随着临床和基础研究的不断深入,针刺治疗PCOS的效果日益凸显,但由于疾病的复杂性,针刺治疗PCOS合并IR的效果以及机制仍在探索中。因此,现总结了近年来针刺治疗PCOS合并胰岛素抵抗的研究进展,以为临床治疗PCOS合并IR提供更加安全有效的治疗方法。Most polycystic ovary syndrome（ polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS） patients suffer from Insulin resistance,which is closely related to the occurrence of diabetes and hyperlipidemia,so treatment against Insulin resistance in the prognosis of patients with PCOS and the quality of life is of great help. With the deepening of clinical and basic research,the effect of acupuncture in the treatment of PCOS is remarkable,but because of the complexity of the disease,the effect of acupuncture combined with IR as well as its mechanism still needs exploration. As a result,this paper summarizes the recent advances in the research of acupuncture against PCOS combined with insulin resistance to provide more safe and effective clinical treatment in PCOS with IR.
