疏风解毒胶囊在临床疾病治疗中的应用

摘　　要：疏风解毒胶囊是由湖南湘西民间百年祖传秘方"祛毒散"演变而来。属纯中药制剂,具有疏肝解郁、清热解毒、抗感染和增强免疫力等功效,近年来已被广泛用于治疗流感、上呼吸道感染、慢性支气管炎、社区获得性肺炎、带状疱疹和手足口病等疾病,并取得了较好的临床疗效。现结合国内外文献报道,就疏风解毒胶囊的药理、药效及临床应用进展进行综述。The capsule of dispelling wind and dispelling toxin is evolved from the folk secret recipe of Xiangxi Province in the past100 years in Hunan. It was a pure Chinese medicine,with soothing,detoxification,anti infection and enhance immunity,in recent years has been widely used in the treatment of influenza,upper respiratory tract infection,chronic bronchitis,community-acquired pneumonia,herpes zoster and foot and mouth disease and other diseases,and has achieved good clinical curative effect. In this paper,combined with the domestic and foreign literature reports,the pharmacological effects and clinical application progress of the capsule.
