摘  要:该文提出一种双边磁通切换永磁直线(double-sided linear flux-switching permanent magnet,DLFSPM)电机及其驱动系统。该电机的永磁体和电枢绕组均置于初级定子,次级动子仅由导磁铁芯构成,并且次级无轭部。因此,该电机具有结构简单、可靠性高等优点,适用于高速电磁推进场合。基于有限元法分析该电机的结构特性、绕组互补特性和静态电磁特性。在此基础上,建立电机的数学模型并确定电机的控制策略。基于Matlab/Simulink构建DLFSPM电机和驱动系统的仿真模型,并分析DLFSPM电机的动态响应。加工制造DLFSPM实验样机并完成该电机的驱动控制平台和实验研究。仿真和实验结果表明,DLFSPM电机反电势正弦对称、动子简单可靠,具有良好的动态响应。A double-sided linear flux-switching permanent magnet(DLFSPM) motor and drive systems are proposed in this paper, in which both the contracted armature windings and permanent magnets are located in the double-sided primary stator, while the secondary mover consists of yokeless iron only. Hence, this DLFSPM motor has some advantages such as simple and robust secondary mover, high reliability, which is suitable for high-speed applications. Based on finite element method, the structure, complementary magnetic circuit performance, and static electromagnetic performance were analyzed. Then, the mathematical models and control strategy of the DLFSPM motor were investigated. The simulation modules of the DLFSPM motor and the drive control system were built by using Matlab/Simulink. The dynamic performances of the motor were analyzed based on the simulation modules. Finally, a DLFSPM motor was prototyped and the control platform of the motor was built. Both simulation and experimental results show that the DLFSPM motor has some merits such as sinusoidal back-electromotive force(EMF), simple and robust mover, and good dynamic at high-speed applications.
