因地制宜思想对中医治疗学的影响

摘　　要：因地制宜是中医学主要的治疗原则之一。其强调在临床诊治中要根据不同的地域环境特点来制定适宜的治疗原则。中医对因地制宜思想的认识与应用源于《黄帝内经》"天人相应"理论。地域作为人类的生存环境,它直接影响人体体质,形成区域性的病邪、病证与发病特点以及用药的不同,说明人和环境之间存在密不可分的关系。人们越来越认识到中医学因地制宜的治疗理念蕴含着大量的治疗方法,有待进一步研究与挖掘。＂Adaptation to local conditions＂ is one of the major TCM treatment principles.It emphasizes the treatment principle of prescribing different clinical treatment based upon different characteristic of geographic localities and environments.TCM＇s understanding and application of such theory was originated from Huangdi＇s Internal Classic principle of ＂correspondence between nature and human＂.Geographic locality,as the basic surviving environment of man,can directly affect the human＇s body conditions,form differences from regional disease,symptom,differentiation and pharmacy.It exhibits the inseparable relationship between nature and human.Treatment concept of ＂Adaptation to local conditions＂ contains lots of regimes which is worthy of our further researches and discoveries.
