自拟排石汤对输尿管结石排出的影响

摘　　要：目的探究自拟排石汤对输尿管结石排出的影响。方法选取门诊130例输尿管结石患者,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各65例。2组患者均采用体外冲击波碎石术治疗。对照组在此基础上给予坦索罗辛治疗,1次/d,2粒(0.4 mg)/次;观察组在此基础上给予自拟排石汤治疗:金钱草60 g,车前子12 g,延胡索10 g,栀子10 g,玉米须10 g,桔梗10 g,石韦10 g,白芍10 g,川芎10 g,白茅根10 g,茯苓15 g,王不留行10 g,山药5 g,川牛膝15 g。2组均连续治疗2周,对比2组临床疗效及临床症状缓解情况。结果观察组总有效率为95.38%,与对照组(83.07%)相比临床总有效率较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后腰痛、发热、小便涩痛、血尿等临床症状均明显缓解,且观察组上述症状缓解时间[(4.53±1.03)d、(3.24±0.85)d、(4.02±0.75)d、(4.27±0.65)d]均明显短于对照组[(7.64±1.21)d、(5.22±1.09)d、(6.54±1.13)d、(6.78±0.98)d],组间差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟排石汤治疗输尿管结石通过行气活血、利尿通淋、解毒消肿、利水除湿而起效。Objective To probe effect of Calculus-Discharging decoction on discharging ureteral calculus.Methods 130 patients with ureteral calculi were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,65 cases in each group,two groups of patients were treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy,on the basis of this,the control group was treated with solo symplectic treatment,1 time a day,every time 2 grains（0.4 mg）,observation group was treated with Calculus-Discharging decoction,prescriptions： desmodium 60 g,Plantain Seed 12 g,corydalis tuber 10 g,Cape Jasmine Fruit 10 g,Corn Stigma 10 g,10 g,Platycodon Root 10 g,Shearer＇s Pyrrosia Leaf 10 g,Debark Peony Root10 g,Sichuan Lovage Rhizome 10 g,Lalang Grass Rhizome 10 g,Indian Bread 15 g,Cowherb Seed 10 g Common Yam Rhizome 5 g,Medicinal Cyathula Root 15 g,water decoction 500 m L,daily 1 agent,3 times a day,for 2 weeks.Compared two groups of clinical curative effect and clinical symptoms.Results Observation group＇s total effective rate was 95.38%,compared with the control group（83.07%）,the clinical total effective rate is higher,has statistically significant difference（P 〈0.05）.Treatment of two groups for lower back pain,fever,urine acerbity pain,hematuria clinical symptoms were significantly,and the observation group of patients with lumbar pain,fever,urine acerbity pain,blood in urine and other clinical symptoms time [d（4.53±1.03）,d（3.24±0.85）,d（4.02±0.75）,（4.27±0.65）,d] were significantly shorter than the control group [d（7.64±1.21）,d（5.22±1.09）,d（6.54±1.13）,（6.78±0.98） d],significant differences between groups were statistically significant（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Calculus-Discharging decoction on discharging ureteral calculus has distinct effect which can be used to replenishing qi and activating blood,relieving stranguria,detoxicating,edema-alleviating.
