人参鹿茸药对配伍对小鼠睾丸间质细胞增殖活性研究

摘　　要：目的人参鹿茸药对配伍对睾丸间质细胞(TM_3)细胞增殖活性的比较。方法运用均匀设计考察的方法,制备不同比例人参鹿茸药对配伍样品,应用配伍的样品干预TM_3细胞,MTT法检测细胞增殖率,并对TM_3细胞增殖作用进行评价。结果人参鹿茸配伍的各组样品均具促进TM_3细胞增殖的作用,人参与鹿茸按2.1:1剂量配伍时该药对促进TM_3细胞增殖活性的作用最佳。结论人参鹿茸药对不同剂量配伍时对促进TM_3细胞增殖活性具有协同作用,为人参鹿茸药对在补气壮阳方面的作用提供了有力的科学依据。Objective To compare the effect of Panax Ginseng-Hairy Antler compatibility on TM_3 cell proliferation.Methods Uniform design method was used to prepare compatible samples of different proportions of Panax GinsengHairy Antler compatibility.TM_3 cells were intervened by compatible samples,cell proliferation rate was detected by MTT method,and the proliferation of TM_3 cells was evaluated.Results All samples of Panax Ginseng-Hairy Antler pairs promoted the role of TM_3 cell proliferation,and there was a best effect on promoting the proliferation when the combination of Panax Ginseng and Hairy Antler according to the dosage of 2.1：1.Conclusion Panax GinsengHairy Antler pairs has synergistic effect on proliferation of TM_3 cell in different dose compatibility,and it provides a powerful scientific basis for the effect of Panax Ginseng-Hairy Antler compatibilty on invigorating qi and tonifying yang.
