吴鞠通《温病条辨》运用《黄帝内经》六气组方原则举隅

摘　　要：风热火湿燥寒六气组方原则是《内经》五运六气组方的核心内容。吴鞠通《温病条辨》在诊治外感温病时充分运用了《内经》六气组方原则,对后世临床防治外感温病奠定了坚实基础,也为后世医家运用《内经》理论指导临床实践树立了典范。《温病条辨》不仅从卫气营血论治、三焦论治谨遵六气组方原则,温病的预防和备药亦遵六气组方原则。研究《温病条辩》对《内经》六气组方原则的应用,对运用《内经》六气组方原则指导临床防治温病、组方用药具有指导价值和启发意义。Wind,heat,fire,dampness,dryness,cold six-qi formulating prescription principle is the core content of five elements＇ motion and six-qi formulating prescription principle in Internal Classic,WU Jutong fully used Internal Classic ＇ s six-qi formulating prescription principle when diagnose and treat warm disease caused by exogenous pathogenic factors in Detailed Analysis of Epidemic Warm Diseases,laid a solid foundation for later ages clinical prevention and treatment of exogenous warm disease,also set up a model for posterity physicians in using Internal Classic ＇ s theory to guide the clinical practice.This article analyzed and discussed WU Jutong＇ s utilization of Internal Classic ＇ s six-qi formulating prescription principle in Detailed Analysis of Epidemic Warm Diseases,from the following three aspects： not only defense-qi-nutrient-blood and triple energizer diagnosis and treatment,but also warm disease prevention and medicine reservation diagnosis and treatment followed six-qi formulating prescription principle.By studying WU Jutong＇ s utilization of six-qi formulating prescription principle of Internal Classic in Detailed Analysis of Epidemic Warm Diseases.This article has guidance value and enlightening significance for use of Internal Classic six-qi formulating prescription principle to guide the clinical prevention and treatment of warm disease and formulate prescription.
