摘 要:采用溶剂萃取-酸碱精制的非加氢联合工艺脱除环烷基馏分油中的多环芳烃化合物(PCA)。对萃取剂的选择、分离操作条件和酸碱溶液用量对脱除效果的影响进行了考察;利用FTIR对油品结构进行表征;对实验过程产生的酸渣、碱渣和废液的利用及处理进行了讨论。实验结果表明,最佳条件为以N-甲基吡咯烷酮为溶剂,在剂油质量比为2,萃取温度为45℃的条件下,对原料油进行萃取,PCA含量由12.72%(w)降至3.76%(w);再用2%(w)的浓H_2SO_4溶液和2%(w)的NaOH溶液精制抽余油,此时精制油收率为41.71%,PCA含量为0.79%(w),总脱除率高达93.79%。Removal of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PCA) in naphthenic distillates by non hydrogenation process(solvent extraction-acid base refining) was investigated. The effects of the extraction agent, the conditions of extraction and the amount of acid and alkali solution on the removal efficiency were investigated. FTIR was used to characterize the structure of oil products. The utilization and treatment of acid residue, alkali residue and waste liquor in the process were discussed. The results showed that the best conditions were: N-methylpyrrolidone(NMP) was used as solvent to extract the raw oil under the condition of m(NMP) : re(oil) 2 and the temperature of 45 ℃. The raffinate oil was refined by 2%(w)H2SO4 solution and 2%(w)NaOH solution. The yield of refined oil was 41.71%, the content of PCA was 0.79%(w), and the total removal rate of PCA was up to 93.79%.
