摘 要:收集25株赤芝及5个灵芝属的非赤芝菌株作为供试菌株,采用拮抗试验分析灵芝(赤芝)菌种的遗传多样性。结果:25株赤芝全随机300个配对中291个配对产生拮抗反应,占97.00%。其中151对形成拮抗线,占50.33%;98对形成隆起拮抗反应,占32.67%;42对形成沟状反应,占14.00%;有9个配对无拮抗反应,占3.00%。另还发现4株赤芝与其他非赤芝菌株未形成拮抗反应。表明我国灵芝(赤芝)菌株具有丰富的遗传多样性。A total of 30 Ganoderma strains (25 strains belonging to G. lucidum) were used for antagonism test to analyze the genetic diversity of G lucidum strains in China. The results demonstrated that, out of 300 pairings among 25 G. lucidum strains,'291 formed antagonism reaction with the ratio of 97.00% (151 pairings produced line at 50.33% ratio, 98 pairings were bulge at 32.67%, 42 pairings were barrage at the ratio of 14.00%). The remaining 9 pairings at 3.00% did not show antagonism. In addition, no antagonism was observed for 4 pairing between G. lucidum strains and other Ganoderma strains. These findings proved that there is an abundant genetic diversity within G. lucidum strains in China.
