细胞因子联合CRP、WBC诊断急性胰腺炎的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析细胞因子联合CRP、WBC诊断急性胰腺炎的效果和价值。方法纳入49例AP患者,将其分为轻症胰腺炎和急性重症胰腺炎两组,MAP组23例,SAP组26例,另选健康对照组30例,分别采用ELISA法检测TNF、IL-6、IL-8三种细胞因子和CRP、计数WBC。结果 SAP组TNF、IL-6、IL-8、CRP、WBC分别为(59.15±10.93)ng/L,(95.83±24.41)ng/L,(64.67±23.15)ng/L,(126.24±40.46)ng/L,(20.41±3.64)×109/L;MAP组血清TNF、IL-6、IL-8分别为(39.64±9.53)ng/L,(60.41±12.78)ng/L,(60.67±23.15)ng/L,(79.43±47.52)ng/L,(15.53±2.97)×109/L,两组之间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清细胞因子联合CRP、WBC的检测对AP的诊断和鉴别MAP与SAP具有重要的参考价值。Objective To analyze the effect and value of cytokines combined with CRP and WBC in the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis.Methods A total of 49 cases of AP patients were divided into mild pancreatitis group and severe acute pancreatitis group,MAP group with 23 cases,26 cases in SAP group. In addition,30 healthy cases were chosen as the control group,TNF,IL-6,IL-8,three kinds of cytokines and CRP,and count WBC were detected by ELISA. Results In group SAP,TNF,IL-6,IL-8,CRP,WBC were 59. 15 ± 10. 93,95.83±24.41,64.67±23.15,126.24±40.46 ng/L,20.41± 3.64× 109/L; serum TNF,IL-6,IL-8 of MAP group were 39.64±9.53,60.41±12.78,60.67±23.15,79.43±47.52 ng/L,15.53±2.97×109/L,The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusions The detection of serum cytokines combined with CRP and WBC has important reference value for the diagnosis in AP and the differential diagnosis of MAP and SAP.
