医护一体化模式在我国护理工作中应用的文献计量学分析

摘　　要：目的 从文献计量学的角度分析医护一体化模式在我国护理工作中的应用现状及发展趋势,为相关研究进一步开展提供参考.方法 以中国期刊全文数据库（CJFD）、万方学术论文数据库和维普中文科技期刊数据库作为统计数据来源,检索2011—2016年收录的国内护理工作中医护一体化相关文献,并采用文献计量学方法对检索结果进行分析.结果 共检索到201篇有效文献,文献数量呈现快速增长趋势,文献期刊分布在104种期刊、27个省市地区,研究内容主要集中在医护一体化模式的构建以及在护理各分支学科中的应用,基金资助的文献仅43篇.结论 近年来医护一体化工作模式发展迅速,相关研究总体呈增长的趋势,但研究深度和范围有待加强.医院管理者应重视医护一体化模式的应用,完善医护一体化服务制度和流程,医护之间建立有效的沟通,推动医护一体化全面实施.Objective To investigate the application and development of doctor-nurse integrated mode in domestic nursing work from a point of bibliometric view, so as to provide a reference for future research. Methods Articles about doctor-nurse integration mode in nursing work published between 2011 to 2016 were retrieved from CJFD, WanFang Data and VIP databases, and were analyzed systematically by bibliometric method.Results A total of 201 effective articles were included and the number of the literatures was on the rise as a whole in recent years. The articles were published in 104 journals written by authors from 27 provinces and municipalities. Most articles focused on establishment of doctor-nurse integrated mode and its application in branches of nursing. And only 43 articles were supported by funds.Conclusions Doctor-nurse integrated mode research in China has developed rapidly in recent years. However, research scope and depth should be strengthened. Hospital managers should pay attention to application of doctor-nurse integrated mode and improve the regulations and processes, establish an effective communication system between doctors and nurses so as to promote the full implementation of the nurse-physician collaboration.
