摘 要:目的 探讨翻转课堂模式对妇科围术期患者健康宣教的效果,为临床健康宣教提供参考依据.方法 将120例妇科住院手术患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组釆用观看视频-提问解疑为主、发放宣传手册为辅的翻转课堂模式健康教育.结果 观察组宣教时间为(8.82±4.091)min,对照组为(20.98±7.144)min,观察组短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=11.8,P〈0.01);观察组患者认为健康教育形式较形象具体,两组患者对健康教育形式的评价差异有统计学意义(χ2=-3.3,P〈0.01);观察组患者对健康教育整体评价较对照组满意,差异有统计学意义(χ2=-2.6,P=0.009).结论 翻转课堂模式健康教育可以缩短妇科围术期患者健康宣教时间,提高妇科手术患者满意度.Objective To explore the effect of flipped classroom mode in health education of patients during perioperative period in Gynecological Department, so as to provide reference for clinical health education.Methods Totals of 120 surgical patients in Gynecological Department were divided, according to random number table, into control group and observation group. Patients in the control group received routine mode of health education, while health education with a flipped classroom mode was adopted to patients in the observation group, which combined video watching, question asking and brochure reading. Results Length of health education in the observation group was (8.82±4.091) min, shorter than that in the control group, (20.98±7.144) min, (t=11.8,P〈0.01). Patients in the observation group considered the form of health education more visualized and specific (χ2=-3.3,P〈0.01); overall satisfaction of patients in the observation group towards the health education was higher than that in the control group (χ2=-2.6,P=0.009). Conclusions The flipped classroom mode is beneficial for shortening time of health education of patients during perioperative period in Gynecological Department, and improving surgical patients' satisfaction.
