摘 要:为了探索750 k V复合横担的静态疲劳性能,根据750 k V输电线路复合横担的实际受力情况,设计复合横担及其局部杆件的静载下的疲劳试验,进行了复合横担的过载试验及轴心受压实验。试验揭示了横担各部分的受力情况,外拉杆及下压杆件为主要受力部件,杆件接通处为横担受力的薄弱部分,横担设计及工程施工时需要重点考虑。同时,试验也验证了复合材料横担满足各项试验要求,可以应用于750 k V输电线路中。In order to explore the static fatigue properties of the composite cross-arm in 750 k V transmission lines,in this paper,a fatigue test under the static load of the composite cross-arm and its local bar is designed based on the actual stress distribution of the composite cross-arm in 750 k V transmission lines,and the overload test and axial compression experiment are performed.The test results indicate that the stress distribution of cross-arm parts,suggesting that the outer pull rod and lower bar are the main stress parts and the junction of cross arms the weak stress part.These findings should be fully considered in the design and construction.Meanwhile,The results also suggest that the composite cross-arm and its rods have good fatigue properties,which can meet the engineering requirements and be used in 750 k V transmission lines.
