摘  要:液力变速器是装载机的核心传动部件之一,是连接发动机与桥的纽带,也是工作液压泵、转向液压泵的取力单元。装载机作业工况恶劣,液力变速器承受着高频的冲击载荷和交变载荷,维修市场反馈表明,装载机传动部件中尤以液力变速器故障率最高,液力变速器的可靠性很大程度上决定了装载机的可靠性。通过对国产主流装载机ZL50进行实地作业中的发动机输入转速、液力变速器输出转速/转矩等载荷谱数据进行采集和分析处理,开展液力变速器可靠性台架试验方法的研究。The hydraulic transmission is one of the kernel drive components in the loader, which as a tie connects the engine and the axles and as a PTO unit for the operational and steering hydraulic pump. As a loader would work under severe conditions that the torque converter may be impacted with hi-frequent shock load and/or fluctuating load that feed-back from the maintenance service tells that the torque converter shares highest percentage of failure frequency in the loader's components; in another word reliability of the converter decides in a considerable degree that of a loader. Therefore, an R&D work has been done on a benchtest for reliability of the converter through a home-made loader master ZL50 under actual working conditions to collect, analyze and process data from the load spectrum such as input RPM of the engine, output RPM/torque of the converter.
