摘  要:环状薄壁零件刚性差,加工过程中最突出的问题是零件变形,导致零件加工精度不能满足设计要求。针对环状薄壁零件直接装夹在自定心卡盘上的传统加工方法,对其圆度和外圆同轴度超差的问题进行分析。提出改进装夹方式,采用装夹工装,将环状薄壁零件径向夹紧改为刚性较好的轴向夹紧,降低零件夹紧变形。增加零件夹紧点,降低车削力产生的零件变形。车削零件内孔和外圆1次装夹,保证了零件同轴度基准不变。改进后的加工方法,可防止环状薄壁零件加工过程的变形,加工后其圆度和外圆同轴度经三坐标检测,满足设计要求。That round sectioned thin-walled workpieces(tubes) have poor rigidity and their obvious problem is tending to deform has led to failure to satisfy precision requirements during work process. It has to fix such a work piece to a traditional chuck to check and analyze its roundness and outer coaxiality to see whether it exceeds the tolerance. And then, we put forth a way to modify the fixture with a clamping equipment by changing the radius clamping to axial clamping, thus reducing by far the deformation rate,plus clamping points on the work piece to further lower deformation rate when machining. Besides, only one clamping for both inner holes and ex-circles when turning so as to ensure the concentricity.This process after modification can meet the design requirements in terms oOf roundness and concentricity at the excircle.
