摘  要:氟是人体必需的微量元素,对人体健康的影响具有双重性。氟摄入过量与不足均可对牙齿与骨骼造成影响,低氟可引起龋齿和骨质疏松,高氟可引起氟斑牙与氟骨症,同时还可作用其他器官引起肝脏、肾脏及脑功能损伤。本文回顾了不同地区饮用水氟含量对人体健康影响的相关研究,分析了饮水氟含量与健康效应的关系,提出单纯考虑水氟量作为饮水氟卫生标准依据的局限性,建议地方应因地制宜考虑多方面因素如居民每日摄氟总量、地理环境气候、水文地质条件、经济状况与膳食营养状况等,制订适宜当地情况的地方饮水氟卫生标准,从而控制饮水氟含量,降低氟对人体的危害。Fluorine,as an essential trace element,has dual effects on human health. Excessive or inadequate intake of fluorine will be harmful to the teeth and bones. Inadequate fluorine can cause dental caries and osteoporosis,while excessive fluorine can lead to dental and skeletal fluorosis,damage of kidney,liver and brain function. The paper reviews correlational researches of the effects of fluorine content on human health in different regions drinking-water,analyses the relationship between fluoride content in drinking-water and health effects, argues that there is great limitation due to using drinking-water fluoride content as the basis for establishing the fluoride hygienic standard. The paper recommends that areas should consider various factors such as resident total daily intake of fluorine,geographical climate, hydrogeological conditions, economic status, nutritional status and so on,formulates establishing local hygienic standards of fluorine in drinking-water,thereby to control the fluoride content in drinking-water and reduce the hazards of fluorine to the human body.
