摘  要:目的了解安徽省某地区小微型石材加工企业的职业卫生现况,为职业病防治和职业卫生监管提供依据。方法随机抽取该地区石材产业园的11家石材加工企业进行现场调查、检测与分析。结果 11家石材加工企业粉尘中游离二氧化硅含量均大于10%,矽尘总尘的时间加权平均浓度为(0.07~14.69)mg/m3,呼尘的时间加权平均浓度为(0.05~5.20)mg/m3。大切岗位的噪声强度值为(90.5~106.1)d B(A),中小切岗位为(84.1~110)d B(A),打磨岗位为(75.1~82.2)d B(A),火烧岗位为(84.4~93.0)d B(A),喷砂岗位为(89.9~90.1)d B(A)。结论该地区石材加工行业职业危害程度较重,需加强矽尘和噪声的防护,安检部门应进一步加强监督执法力度,促进企业不断改善劳动者作业环境,保护劳动者身心健康。[Objective]To understand the current situation of occupational health in small and micro stone processing enterprises in Anhui province,and provide evidence for occupational disease prevention and occupational health supervision. [Methods]A total of 11 stone processing enterprises in the stone industrial park in this region were randomly selected for field investigation,detection and analysis.[Results] In the 11 stone processing enterprises,the contents of free silica in dust were all greater than 10%,the time weighted average concentration of total dust of silica dust was(0.07-14.69) mg/m^3,and the time weighted average concentration of respirable dust was(0.05-5.20) mg/m^3. The noise intensity values were(90.5-106.1) dB(A) in cut post,(84.1-110)dB(A) in middle and small cut posts,(75.1-82.2) dB(A) in polishing post,(84.4-93.0) dB(A) in fire post,(89.9-90.1)dB(A)in sand blasting post.[Conclusion]The degree of occupational hazards of stone processing industry in this region is heavier. The protection of silica dust and noise should be strengthened,and the security inspection department should further strengthen the supervision and law enforcement efforts to promote the enterprises improving the working environment and protecting the physical and mental health of workers.
