摘 要:以某型号拖车式高空车模型为研究对象,针对不同工况下的不同回转角度,对整机进行了有限元分析,得到其在不同危险工况时的应力分布情况,并且采用了雨流法对整机进行了动态试验。结果表明,由于仿真分析的简化,使得整机重心变化,造成仿真时以回转角度γ=180°为对称轴,整机的应力应变呈对称分布,且波动较大,而试验中整机的应力分布保持稳定以及整机应力最大区域因简化而改变。然而仿真与试验都说明在危险工况下,整机各部分关键点的应力值在许用范围内,结构稳定,为后续结构优化提供理论依据和试验参考。According to different turning angle and different working conditions this paper studied the machine structure with one type of aerial platform vehicle as the research object. Through the finite element analysis, the paper obtained the stress distribution of the whole machine. Besides, the paper carried out a dynamic test by using the rain flow counting method. The research showed that the center of gravity changes because of the simplified simulation analysis. In the simulation the stress distribution of structure was approximately symmetrical distribution with the turning angle of γ=180° as the axis of symmetry while in the experiment the stress distribution was consistent. Besides, the maximum stress region changed with the same reason. However, the simulation and experiment both showed that the stress values of the key points were in the allowed range. The paper provided theoretical basis and experimental reference for subsequent structural optimization.
