摘 要:中国炼铁成本居高不下,固体废弃物等资源循环利用率较低。干熄焦除尘灰是炼焦工艺的副产品之一,长期以来无法高效率地利用该资源。高炉中喷吹干熄焦除尘灰,不但可以降低生铁成本,在一定程度上也可以缓解适合高炉喷吹的无烟煤资源短缺的弊端,对环境保护也有积极的意义。通过对干熄焦除尘灰代替部分高价无烟煤的燃烧率、可磨性及着火点等技术可行性进行论证,并在酒钢的高炉上进行工业试验,通过分析试验结果提出了一些使用建议。该研究有利于钢铁企业降低成本、提高废弃资源的利用率,也有利于节能减排。The main characteristics of ironmaking in China are high costs of the hot metal and the low circulation utilization rate of the solid waste resources. For instance,the coke dry quenching dust,which was produced in the coking process,has not utilized effectively for a long period. Thus,the injection of coke dry quenching dust in blast furnace not only could reduce the smelting costs,but also could relief the short of the anthracite and benefits to the environment protection. The technical feasibility to use the coke dry quenching dust replace some high cost anthracite was analyzed by analyzing the burnout rate,grinding performance and coal ignition point,while the industry experiments were conducted in the blast furnace in Jiusteel. In addition,some measurements for injecting the coke dry quenching dust were proposed.The study could contribute to reduce the costs of hot metal,improve the utilization of waste resources as well as the energy conservation and emission reduction.
