柴胡六味汤治疗偏头痛性眩晕临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察柴胡六味汤治疗偏头痛性眩晕的临床疗效。方法将68例偏头痛性眩晕患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,各34例;对照组给予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,治疗组给予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊和柴胡六味汤治疗。观察两组中医证候积分、生活质量评分及头痛指数评分变化。结果 (1)治疗后,两组患者中医证候积分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);(2)治疗后,两组患者生活质量评分均明显升高(P<0.05),且治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05);(3)治疗后,两组患者头痛指数评分均明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论柴胡六味汤治疗偏头痛性眩晕可明显改善头痛等症状,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chaihu Liuwei Decoction in the treatment of migrainous vertigo. Methods 68 patients with migrainous vertigo were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group,34 cases in each group. The control group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules,and the treatment group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules and Chaihu Liuwei Decoction. The changes on Chinese medical scores,scores of quality of life and headache index score were observed in both groups. Results （1）After treatment,the Chinese medical scores were decreased in both groups compared with treatment before（ P 0. 05）,and the scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group（ P 0. 05）.（2）After treatment,the scores of quality of life were obviously increased in both groups（ P 0. 05）,and the scores of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group（ P 0. 05）.（3）After treatment,the headache index score was obviously decreased in both groups（ P 0. 05）,and the score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Chaihu Liuwei Decoction can obviously improve the headache and other symptoms in the treatment of migrainous vertigo,and enhance the life quality of patients.
