摘  要:随着新型制冷剂R290逐渐进入家用房间空调器行业,研究表明由于其极低充注量和较高压缩机排量特点,制热模式下融霜结束重新制热可能出现节流异常现象。本文分析了R290热泵低温制热出现节流异常现象的机理,提出了R290变频空调在低温工况下节流异常解决方法并进行验证,表明通过设定电子膨胀阀开启曲线可以有效解决。With the new refrigerant R290 gradually into the home room air conditioner industry, the research shows that because of its extremely low charge and high compressor displacement characteristics,under heating mode, defrosting end of the heat operation may be appear throttle abnormal phenomenon. In this paper, the mechanism of throttling anomaly in low temperature heating of R290 heat pump is analyzed, and the method to solve the abnormal throttling of R290 inverter air conditioner under low temperature condition is presented, which shows that the opening curve of electronic expansion valve can be solved effectively.
