康熙《杏花村志》对名村志编纂的借鉴

摘　　要：编纂村志是保留各村文献,保存记忆,再现其发展脉络的有效方法,其价值在于彰善引风气。随着中国农村现代化进程的加快,面对一个个村落的快速消失,编纂村志显得愈发紧迫和必要。2015年8月,国务院办公厅印发《全国地方志事业发展规划纲要(2015—2020年)》,部署启动中国名村志编纂文化工程。编修村志既是村民文化自觉、文化自信的表现,也是国家级重大文化工程。打造精品名村志既需要社会各力量齐心协力、通力合作,也需要具体落实者科学编纂、借鉴他山之石。作为"开编纂村志之先河"和《四库全书》收录的唯一村志,康熙《杏花村志》(以下简称《杏花村志》)既为后世子孙保留了大量珍贵的文化遗产,又对今天编纂名村志提供了可借鉴的经验。Compiling village records is an effective method of preserving historical records and memories of villages and presenting their courses of development.It is valuable because it"commends acts of kindness and promotes good ethos".Along with the modernization process of Chinese rural areas speeding up,and the rapid disappearance of one rural community after another,the compilation of Chinese village records becomes even more urgent and necessary.In August 2015,the General Office of the State Council printed and distributed National Local Records Cause Development Plan Outline(2015-2020),in which the Culture Project of Local Records of Chinese Famous Villages Compilationwas deployed and launched.The compilation of village records is not only a display of the villagers'cultural consciousness and cultural confidence,but a state-level major cultural project.As the only village records included in the Si Ku Quan Shu that"initiated village records compilation",Kangxi Apricot Flowers Village Records not only preserves precious cultural heritage for future generations,but also provides valuable experiences for contemporary famous village records compilation.
