子宫内膜癌腹部超声与阴道彩超诊断的对比分析

摘　　要：目的分析比较子宫内膜癌腹部超声与阴道彩超诊断结果。方法我院超声科2016年5月~2017年5月收治48例疑诊子宫内膜癌患者,所有患者均进行腹部超声检查以及阴道彩超检查,比较腹部超声检查与阴道超声检查临床检出情况。结果阴道彩超临床准确率、敏感度均明显高于腹部超声检查,阴道彩超检查显示Ⅰ期20例,Ⅱ期12例,Ⅲ期11例,Ⅳ期2例,腹部超声检查显示Ⅰ期17例,Ⅱ期10例,Ⅲ期11例,Ⅳ期2例,阴道彩超检查与腹部超声检查各项数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于子宫内膜癌患者进行阴道超声检查可有效提高临床检出率,且阴道超声检查对子宫内膜血流信号更为敏感。Objective To analyze and compare the results of abdominal uhrasonography and transvaginal color ultrasonography in the diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma. Methods 48 cases of suspected endometrial carcinoma patients treated in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were chosen, and all patients were received abdominal ultrasonog- raphy or transvaginal color ultrasonography, and the clinical detection results of abdominal ultrasonography and transvaginal uhrasonography were compared. Results The clinical accuracy and sensitivity of transvaginal color ultra-sonography were significantly higher than those of abdominal uhrasonography. Transvaginal color uhrasonography examination results showed 20 cases of patients in stage Ⅰ, 12 eases of patients in stage Ⅱ, 11 eases of patients in stage Ⅲ and 2 cases of patients in stage IV. Abdominal ultrasonography examination results showed 17 eases of patients in stage Ⅰ, 10 eases of patients in stage Ⅱ, Ⅱ eases of patients in stage Ⅲ, 2 cases of patients in Ⅳ. The differences of the examination data of abdominal ultrasonography and transvaginal color uhrasonography were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasonography applied in patients with endometrial carcinoma can improve the clinical detection rate, and it is more sensitive to endometrial blood flow signals.
