综合护理对脑卒中患者心理状态与生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨不同的护理干预方法对脑卒中患者心理状态与生活质量的影响。方法选取2016年8月~2017年2月在我院脑病科收治的脑卒中患者200例,随机分为综合护理组和常规护理组,每组100例,常规护理组患者给予常规的基本护理措施,综合护理组患者在常规的基本护理措施的基础上给予认知行为干预、心理调节干预、康复运动干预、家庭支持干预等措施,比较两组患者的焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)及MRS评分。结果干预前,两组SAS、SDS及MRS评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后1周及20 d后,与常规护理组相比,综合护理组患者的SAS、SDS及MRS评分均显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预对于脑卒中患者在心理状态与生活质量上的改善有所帮助。Objective To explore the effect of different nursing intervention methods on mental state and quality of life in stroke patients. Methods 200 patients with stroke who were admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to February 2017 were selected. They were randomly divided into comprehensive nursing group and routine nursing group, with 100 patients in each group. Patients in the routine nursing group were given routine basic nursing measures. On the basis of routine basic nursing measures, the patients in the comprehensive nursing group were given cognitive behavior inter- vention, psychological regulation intervention, rehabilitation motor intervention, family support intervention, and other intervention measures. The self-rating anxiety seale（SAS）, self-rating depression scale（SDS） and MRS scores were com- pared between the two groups. Results There were no statistically significant differences in SAS, SDS and MRS scores between the two groups before the intervention（P〉0.05）; after 1 week and 20 days of intervention, compared with the conventional nursing group, the SAS, SDS and MRS scores in the patients in the comprehensive nursing group were sig- nificantly lower, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention is helpful for the improvement of mental state and quality of life in stroke patients.
