摘　　要：本文立足于中西医结合理论,从理论与临床应用两个方面,对现代医学影响下产生的取穴方法 (按解剖部位取穴法、按神经节段取穴法、全息取穴法、对称取穴法)进行了整理和归纳,为临床中的辨证论治、合理取穴提供有益借鉴。Based on the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, this article collects and summarizes the aeupoint selection method under the impact of modern medicine from the theoretical and clinical application aspects： including acupoint selection based on the anatomical site, acupoint selection based on the nerve segment, holographic acupoint selection, and symmetrical acupoint selection, which provide a useful reference for the clin- ical differential diagnosis and treatment and reasonable acupoint selection.
