摘　　要：目的分析鼻分泌物嗜酸性粒细胞增多与心电图改变在心脏早期病变中的意义。方法收集上海市东方医院及分院吉安医院2015年6月~2017年5月慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉住院患者51例的临床资料,总结并归纳鼻分泌物嗜酸性粒细胞增多患者心电图检查情况。结果 51例患者中血液嗜酸性粒细胞增多11例,而鼻分泌物嗜酸性粒细胞增多34例;术前常规心电图检查异常者为17例,其中2例为鼻分泌物嗜酸性粒细胞计数正常,余15例鼻分泌物嗜酸性粒细胞计数均增多,约占心电图异常者88.2%。结论鼻分泌物嗜酸性粒细胞增多可引起心肌病理改变,在临床工作中应予以重视,早期诊断和治疗能很好地改善预后。Objective To analyze the significance of eosinophilia in nasal discharge and electrocardiogram changes in early heart diseases. Methods The clinical data of 51 hospitalized patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps from June 2015 to May 2017 in Shanghai Dongfang Hospital and Ji＇an Hospital were collected. The electrocardiogram of patients with eosinophilia in nasal discharge was summarized. Results There were 11 cases of blood eosinophils among 51 patients, and the eosinophilia in nasal discharge was in 34 cases; preoperative routine ECG abnormalities were in 17 cases, among whom 2 cases were with normal eosinophil count in nasal discharge, and 15 cases were with increased eosinophil count in nasal discharge, accounting for about 88.2% of the patients with ECG abnormalities. Conclusion The study has found that eosinophilia in nasal discharge can cause myocardial pathological changes, which should draw serious attention in clinical works. Early diagnosis and treatment can improve the prognosis.
