摘 要:目的探讨温州地区学龄期儿童体重指数(BMI)与体内25-OH-vitD水平的关系。方法选取2014年4月~2015年3月来我院进行健康体检的1542名学龄期儿童的身高、体重及BMI、血清25-OH-vitD水平进行回顾性分析。结果本研究中1542名学龄期儿童的平均年龄为(9.9±2.6)岁,平均身高(140.0±15.8)cm,平均体重(36.6±14.7)kg,平均BMI为(18.0±3.9)kg/m^2,血清25-OH-vitD水平为3.57~43.9 ng/mL,平均(21.3±6.5)ng/mL。正常体重儿童人数为1079名,超重儿童为234名,肥胖儿童为229名。1542名儿童中,共有577名(37.4%)儿童的维生素D水平处于不足状态(12 ng/mL≤25-OH-vitD<20 ng/m L),有100名(6.5%)儿童的血清维生素D水平处于缺乏状态(25-OH-vit D<12 ng/mL)。1542名儿童的维生素D水平与BMI呈显著负相关(r=-0.176,P=0.000)。正常体重儿童的维生素D水平显著高于肥胖儿童的维生素D水平(t=2.146,P<0.05)。结论学龄期儿童的血清25-OH-vitD水平与BMI呈显著负相关,提示维生素D水平下降与肥胖有关。Objective To investigate the relationship between body mass index (BMI)and the level of 25-OH-vitD in school-age children in Wenzhou area. Methods The height, weight, BMI and the level of serum 25-OH-vitD of 1542 school-age children from April 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results The average age of 1542 school-age children in this study was(9.9±2.6)years old with an average height of(140.0±15.8)cm and an average body weight of(36.6±14.7)kg. The average BMI of school-age children was(18.0±3.9), and the level of 25-OH-vitD was (3.57-43.9)ng/mL, with an average of (21.3±6.5)ng/mL. The number of children with normal weight, overweight children and obese children was 1079, 234 and 229, respectively. A total of 577 children(37.4%) of 1542 chil- dren were deficient in vitamin D levels (12 ng/ml ≤25-OH-vitD〈20 ng/mL)and 100 children (6.5%) were lack in serum vitamin D levels (25-OH-vitD〈12 ng/mL). Vitamin D levels in 1542 children were negatively correlated with BMI(r=-0.176,P=0.000). Vitamin D levels in children with normal weight were significantly higher than those in obese children (t=2.146,P〈0.05). Conclusion There is a significant negative correlation between the level of serum 25-OH- vitD and BMI in school-age children, suggesting that the decrease of vitamin D level is related to obesity.
