摘　　要：扁平疣是由人类乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染引起的常见皮肤病,多发于颜面、手背或前臂,损害为正常皮色或浅褐色的2~4 mm扁平丘疹。扁平疣治疗方法和药物种类繁多,包括抗病毒药物、免疫调节剂、中医药、针灸、外用维A酸、激光等,联合治疗可以提高治愈率和有效率。Flat warts are common skin diseases caused by human papillomavirus （HPV） infection, mostly on the face, dorsa of the hands and forearm, with damage of 2-4 mm fiat papules of normal skin color or light brown. There are a wide range of treatment methods and species of drugs, including antiviral drugs, immunomodulators, Chinese medicine, acupuncture, topical vitamin A acid and laser. The combined treatment can improve the cure rate and efficiency.
