摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内镜下低温等离子电切对慢性鼻炎的疗效以及预后分析。方法选取慢性鼻炎患者90例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各45例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组行鼻内镜下低温等离子电切术治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状改善以及SCT情况,两组临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组患者SCT较治疗前明显降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论慢性鼻炎患者行鼻内镜下低温等离子电切术治疗,其临床症状可得到明显改善,且不良反应发生率低,效果显著。Objective To investigate the curative effect and prognosis of low temperature plasma resection under nasal endoscope on chronic rhinitis. Methods 90 patients with chronic rhinitis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 45 cases in each group, the control group was given conventional treatment, the observation group was treated with nasal endoscopic low-temperature plasma resection, before and after treatment, the clinical symptoms, SCT, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions between two groups were observed. Results After treatment, the SCT of two groups was significantly lower than before, and the observation group was lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）; after treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33% higher than the control group of 73.33% （P 〈 0.05）; there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical symptoms of patients with chronic rhinitis treated by endoscopic low-temperature plasma resection can be significantly improved, and the incidence of adverse reactions is low, the effect is remarkable.
