运用纽曼系统模式对1例急性心肌梗死患者的护理

摘　　要：美国护理理论家Betty Neuman提出了健康照顾系统模式,基本概念是以"人为完整个体"的观点来看患者,在该理论中,他期望应用该系统模式,来实现完全依照护理对象自身护理意愿的目的,从而保证既能够提高护理效率,又能够提高护理对象的满意度。在本文中,采用纽曼系统模式三级护理程序对急性心肌梗死的患者按照流程进行了护理,收到了较好的效果。Betty Neuman, a nursing theorist in America, proposes a model of health care system, the basic concept is to view patients from the point of view of ＂human integrity＂, In this theory, he expects to use the system model to achieve the goal of fully nursing according to the object of care, so as to ensure the improvement of nursing efficiency and the satisfaction of nursing objects. In this paper, the use of Newman system model three levels of care procedures for patients with acute myocardial infarction in accordance with the process of care, and received good results.
