摘  要:随着高校招生制度的改革和市场经济的发展,大学毕业生由原来的就业分配制度变为双向选择,大学毕业生人数也逐年增加,从2001年的114万攀升为2017年的795万。同时,国内外经济形势的普遍低迷,新增就业岗位不足,就业供需矛盾更加突出。表现在大学生就业的过程中,毕业生与用人单位、毕业生之间,因为相互的竞争和选择,构成了激烈的冲突和矛盾,这种冲突和矛盾,其实就是一种博弈关系。本文将高校作为第三方,参与到毕业生与用人单位的冲突博弈中,破解非合作博弈困局,变非合作模式为合作模式,形成新的博弈均衡,从而实现国家人力资源更加合理的配置。With the reform of college enrollment system and the development of market economy, university graduates employment system has changed from the original employment distribution system into a two-way choice one, and the number of university graduates also increased year by year (from 1.14 million in 2001 to 7.95 million in 2017). At the same time, because of the general economic downturn at home and abroad, new jobs were in short supply, thus led to the even prominent contradiction in employment supply and demand. In the process of job hunting of college students, fierce contradictions appeared between graduates and employers, or among graduates because of the competitions and mutual choices, which constituted a game relationship. This paper attempted to use the university as a third party that participates in the conflict game between the graduates and the employers so as to crack the non-cooperative game dilemma, change the non-cooperation mode for the cooperation mode, and form a new game balance, in order to achieve a more reasonable allocation of national human resources.
