摘　　要：通过分析黄炎培职业教育思想的形成过程,揭示其对当代职业教育工作者的启示:当代职业教育工作者不仅要有服务社会、造福大众的坚定理想,对职业教育无限忠诚、无私奉献的执着精神,理实结合、不断提炼、勇于探索的精神,深入社会、立足职教、广泛调研的开放意识,还要有与时俱进、放眼世界、立足本土的创新意识。By analyzing the formation process of HUANG Yan-pei＇s vocational education thought and revealing its enlightenment to the contemporary vocational educators,which is that the contemporary vocational education workers should not only have the firm ideals of serving the society and bringing benefit to the masses,the spirit of indefinite loyalty and selfless dedication to vocational education,the spirit of rational combination,continuous refinement and the courage to explore,the open awareness of going deep into society,basing on vocational education and carrying out extensive research,but also with the innovative consciousness of advancing with the times,looking at the world,and basing on the native land.
