摘　　要：Meta整合（Meta-synthesis）是质性研究的系统评价方法,采用SPIDER工具来构建临床问题,并制定结构式纳入排除标准.采用运算符把检索词相组合,构建检索式,进行系统地检索,对所得检索结果进行调整,阅读和筛选.采用质性研究评估和评价工具对纳入文献进行科学的质量评价,采用质性研究的资料提取工具进行规范的资料提取,对提取的原始质性研究结果进行资料综合,形成更具概括性的Meta整合结果.采用CER-Qual工具评价Meta整合结果的信度,最后运用言语文字、图表等形式传播,应用到临床实践中,促进护理学科稳步向前发展.Meta-synthesis is a systematic review method of qualitative research, which adopts the SPIDER tool to build clinical questions, and establishes the structured inclusion and exclusion criteria. Operators were used to com-bine the key terms. Search strategy was established to retrieve systematically and the retrieval Results were adjusted, read and screened. Qualitative Assessment and Review Instrument was used to evaluate the quality of included literature scientifically. Qualitative Assessment and Review Instrument Data Extraction Tools was adopted to extract specification normatively. The extracted original qualitative research Results were integrated to form a more general meta-synthesis re-sult. The reliability of meta-synthesis result was evaluated by CERQual tool, and was finally spread in the form of words, figures and tables, which was applied to the clinical practice to promote the stable development of nursing science.
