摘　　要：通过对5组不同日龄的中华蜜蜂工蜂以及内勤蜂和外勤蜂的唾液腺酶的活性进行测定,结果表明,18日龄以下日龄中华蜜蜂工蜂唾液酶活性明显低于19日龄以后的工蜂,在18日龄以内唾液酶活性随日龄增长而不断增加;另外,外勤蜂唾液酶活性明显高于内勤蜂。The activity of salivary gland enzyme of worker bees in different age groups, as well as house bees and field bees were measured. The results showed that the activity of salivary enzymes of worker bees in less than 18 days was significantly lower than that of workers aged more than 18 days, and the activity of salivary enzyme gradually increased within 18 days of age. The activity of bee venom enzyme in the field bees were significantly higher than that in the house bees.
