环孢素A治疗系统性红斑狼疮并顽固性血小板减少临床分析

摘　　要：目的环孢素A治疗系统性红斑狼疮并顽固性血小板减少临床分析。方法选取我院2013年1月~2017年3月共50例系统性红斑狼疮并顽固性血小板减少患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将所有患者分成两组(均25例),对照组患者应用甲基泼尼松龙治疗,研究组患者在其基础上加行环孢素A治疗,对比两组患者相关临床指标数据变化情况。结果相比于对照组,研究组患者的血小板指标数据明显升高、同时研究组患者的抗ds-DNA转阴、尿蛋白、补体C3上升及红细胞沉降率和C-反应蛋白等指标数据均明显下降,将上述指标均进行组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论环孢素A治疗系统性红斑狼疮并顽固性血小板减少具有良好的临床疗效,能有效促进患者血小板的恢复,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of cyclosporine A in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus complicated with thrombocytopenia. Methods 50 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus complicated with intractable thrombocytopenia in our hospital from January 2013 to March 2017 were selected as the research object,and they were divided into two groups （n=25） according to the random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with methylprednisolone,and the patients in the study group were treated with cyclosporine A on the basis of the control group.The clinical data of two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group,the platelet index data of patients in the study group increased significantly,while anti ds- DNA negative,urinary protein,complement C3 rise and erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein and other indicators of patients in the study group were significantly decreased,the above indexes were compared between the two groups,and there were statistically significant （P ~ 0.05）. Conclusion Cyclosporine A in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus complicated with intractable thrombocytopenia has good clinical efficacy,can effectively promote the recovery of platelets in patients,it is worthy of clinical application.
