晚期癌症患者采取临终关怀护理模式的效果分析

摘　　要：目的将临终关怀护理模式运用在晚期癌症患者中,观察对其生活质量、疼痛改善程度及焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响。方法选择2015年1月~2016年12月至我院进行治疗的晚期癌症患者88例作为研究对象,运用简单随机抽样分为实验组44例,对照组44例,实验组进行临终关怀护理,对照组进行常规护理,比较两组患者的生活质量、疼痛改善程度及焦虑、抑郁情绪。结果经过干预,实验组患者的心理能力、躯体能力、物质能力、社会能力各评分分别优于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者干预后疼痛1级例数多于对照组,疼痛2级及3级例数分别低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后实验组焦虑及抑郁因子评分分别优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对晚期癌症患者采取临终关怀护理模式,有利于其提高生活质量,减轻疼痛程度,改善抑郁及焦虑情绪。Objective The hospice care nursing model is used in advanced cancer patients, to observe of pain and anxiety and depression in patients with advanced cancer. Methods 88 cases with advanced cancer who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the subjects. They were divided into the experimental group and control group.44 cases in the each group. The experimental group was hospice care, the control group was treated with routine nursing, patients were treated with hospice care and control Group, and the quality of life, pain improvement and anxiety and depression were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the psychological ability, somatic capacity, material ability and social ability of the experimental group were better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The number of pain cases in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, the level of pain 2 and 3 were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. After intervention, the scores of anxiety and depression in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Hospice care model for patients with advanced cancer is beneficial to improve the quality of life, reduce the degree of pain and improve depression and anxiety.
