摘　　要：目的设计一种新型下肢助行器,通过分散受力点,以减小腋部及手臂的承受力,减小压力感,减少并发症,同时易于使用,避免违反操作规程而致无效助行,提高助行器使用时的满意度,减少不必要的并发症。方法选择合适的病例随机分组进入试验,采用交叉设计,第一组先用普通助行器,然后休息3h,再使用新型助行器,第二组先用新型助行器,然后休息3h,再使用普通助行器。使用后按对腋窝和手臂受力大小及患肢疲劳感等指标进行综合评分。对评分结果应用SPSS进行统计运算。结果方差分析结果,P<0.001,说明模型有统计学意义。说明两种助行器测试的评分差异有统计学意义。结论应用新型助行器,可通过分散受力点,减小腋部及手臂的承受力,减小压力感,减少患侧下肢疲劳感,同时易于使用,不易发生违反操作规程而致无效助行。Objective By dispersing force, to reduce the axilla and arm strength, to reduce stress, to reduce complications, to use easily, to avoid the violation of the rules, to improve the satisfaction of the use of the walker, to reduce unnecessary complications in designing of a new type of lower limb walkers. Methods The appropriate cases were selected and randomly divide into the trial, in the crossover experiment designed study, in the first group, the ordinary walker were used firstly, then rested for 3 hours, and then new type of lower limbs walker were used. The new type of lower limbs walker were used in the second group firstly, then rested for 3 hours, and then the ordinary walker were used. The strength of the armpit and arm and the fatigue sense of the affected limbs were evaluated synthetically after use. The results were calculated with SPSS. Results The results of variance analysis showed that the model was statistically significant （P 〈 0.001）. It showed that there was a significant difference between the scores of the two kinds of Walker tests. Conclusion The application of the new walker can disperse force, reduce the axilla and arm endurance, reduce stress, reduce the lower limb fatigue, and be easy to use, and It is not easy to violate operating regulations and cause invalid assistance.
