鼻内镜下手术治疗伴有鼻中隔偏曲过敏性鼻炎的疗效

摘　　要：目的探析鼻内镜下手术治疗伴有鼻中隔偏曲过敏性鼻炎的疗效。方法收取我院136例伴有鼻中隔偏曲过敏性鼻炎患者,收取时间在2016年5月11日~2017年1月30日,并将伴有鼻中隔偏曲过敏性鼻炎患者随机分为两组,对照组(68例患者实施常规药物治疗),观察组(68例患者实施鼻内镜下手术治疗),将两组患者治疗效果实施对比。结果观察组伴有鼻中隔偏曲过敏性鼻炎患者复发率11.76%低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者治疗后住院时间(10.20±1.45)d、症状消失时间(3.05±0.27)d、住院费用(5678.11±245.36)元优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组伴有鼻中隔偏曲过敏性鼻炎患者治疗后,治愈患者有60例、有效患者有5例、无效患者有3例、总有效率95.59%高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论对于伴有鼻中隔偏曲过敏性鼻炎实施鼻内镜下手术治疗,能使患者较快恢复健康,提高手术治疗效果,降低复发率,值得临床进一步应用。Objective To analysis of the curative effect of nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of allergjc rhinitis with nasal septum deviation. Methods 136 cases who had allergic rhinitis with nasal septum deviation in our hospital were selected from May 11,2015 to Jurnary 30,2017,and randomly divided into two groups.Patients in control group（n=68） were given conventional drug therapy and patients in observation group（n=68） were treated with endoscopic sinus surgery. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The recurernce rate in observation group with nasal septum deviation of allergic rhinitis patients（11.76%） was lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0,05）.The hospitalization time of patients in observation group after treatment was （10.20± 1.45） days,the symptoms disappear time was （3.05 ± 0.27） days, hospitalization expenses was （5678.11 ± 245.36）yuan,and they were better than than the control group （P 〈 O.05）.After treatment,in the observation group with nasal septum deviation of allergic rhinitis,60 cases were cured,5 patients were effective,3 cases were invalid, and the total efficiency （95.59%） was higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Performing endoscopic sinus surgery for allergic rhiaitis with nasal septum deviation can quickly restore health,improve the effect of surgery,reduce the recurrence ratejt is worthy of further clinical application.
