探讨粉尘螨滴剂治疗不同年龄段变应性鼻炎的效果

摘　　要：目的不同年龄段变应性鼻炎患者应用粉尘螨滴剂治疗,将其临床治疗效果进行对比分析。方法参与本实验的变应性鼻炎患者共138例,根据患者年龄进行划分分组,A组(4~7岁)、B组(8~14岁)和C组(14~18岁)和D组(18岁以上),四组患者均46例。四组患者在临床治疗中均应用粉尘螨滴剂,对比四组患者相关临床指标数据变化情况。结果治疗前后比较,相比于治疗前,治疗后半年和3年四组患者TNSS评分(total nasal symptoms scores鼻部症状评分)、TMS评分(total medication scores用药评分)和患者鼻炎体征评分等均更低(P<0.05);相比于治疗后半年,治疗后3年A组患者TNSS评分处于持续下降状态有统计学意义(P<0.05),但是其他指标及另外B组、C组和D组患者没有统计学意义(P>0.05);组间比较来看,无论是治疗后半年还是3年,四组患者的TNSS评分、TMS评分和鼻炎体征评分指标数据差异均不显著,均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论将粉尘螨滴剂应用于变应性鼻炎病症临床治疗中,不同年龄段患者临床疗效均较好、效果相似,但是相比于年龄较大儿童,年龄小儿童的预后质量更高、病症控制时间较长,在临床中指的应用。Objective To compare and analyzed the clinical effect of Dermatophagoides farinae drops in the treatment of allergic rhinitis patients of different ages. Methods 138 patients with allergic rhinitis were selected and divided into four groups according to their age, group A （4-7 years old）, group B （8-14 years old）, group C （14-18 years old） and group D （above 18 years old）, 46 patients in each group. Four groups of patients were treated with Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops, the changes in the clinical data of the four groups were compared. Results Compared with before treatment, the score of TNSS （total nasal symptoms scores nasal symptoms score） and TMS score （total score medication scores medication） and rhinitis sign score of the four groups were significantly decreased after treatment for half a year and three years （P 〈 0.05）.Compared with the half year after treatment, TNSS score in A group was decreased in three years after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）, but there was no statistically significant difference on other indexes of group A. Compared with the half year after treatment, B group, C group and D group had no statistical significance in three years after treatment （ P 〉 0.05 ） .There was no significant difference in TNSS score, TMS score and rhinitis sign score of four groups after treatment for six months or three year（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion For patients with different ages, the clinical efficacy of Dermatophagoides farinae drops in the treatment of allergic rhinitis is better and similar, but compared with older children, the prognosis of younger children is higher and the duration of disease control is longer. Dermatophagoides farinae drops is worthy of application in clinic.
