摘　　要：陈博生为民国著名报人,其报业生涯几乎与民国社会相始终。纵观其一生,陈博生历任平津《晨报》主笔和总编辑,中央社首任总编辑、《中央日报》社长等职。在介绍马克思主义进入中国、筹建平津新闻学会、见证和记录日本签降等重大历史及新闻界事件中亦有身影。本文拟从陈博生的新闻实践活动入手,梳理与论述陈博生在民国新闻史上的角色与定位。Chen Bosheng is a famous journalist in the Republic of China and always conducted his career of news in that period. Throughout his life, he served as writer and chief editor of Tianjin Morning News, first chief editor of the Central News Agency and director of Central Daily. Moreover, he participated into some major history and news events such as introducing the Marx doctrine into China, building Tianjin Press Institute, witnessing and recording the sign of Japanese surrender. Starting with Chen Bosheng＇s journalistic practice activities, this paper intends to sort out and discuss his role and orientation in the news history of the Republic of china.
