摘　　要：为考察拳击运动员人格特质与攻击行为的关系,以及自我控制在两者之间的中介作用,采用大五人格问卷、Buss-perry攻击问卷、运动员自我控制问卷对107名现役优秀拳击运动员进行调查。结果发现:1)神经质与攻击行为呈显著正相关,开放性与攻击行为不存在相关,而宜人性、责任性、外倾性与攻击行为呈负相关;2)不同人格特质可以直接预测攻击行为,自我控制在人格特质与攻击行为之间存在显著的中介效应;3)构建中介效应模型在一定程度上揭示了拳击运动员人格特质与其攻击行为的作用机制,对拳击运动员身心健康发展提供有利指导。未来,可从提升自我控制入手,达到预防和降低拳击运动员攻击行为的效果,进而帮助他们提高运动成绩。To study the relationship between personality traits of excellent Chinese boxing athletes and their aggressive behavior and to study the mediating role of self-control between them,writers adopt the Big Five Questionnaire（NEO-FFI）,the Buss-perry Aggressive Questionnaire,and the Athletes Self-control Questionnaire to investigate 107excellent boxing athletes who are all in service.The results showed that：1）there is an obvious positive correlation between neuroticism and aggressive behavior,no correlation between openness and aggressive behavior,and a negative correlation between personality traits（agreeableness,conscientiousness,and extroversion）and aggressive behavior;2）aggressive behavior can be directly predicted through different personality traits,and the self-control plays a significant mediating role in the relationship between them;3）to some extent,the building of mediating role model reveals the operating mechanism of the two factors and can provide favorable guidance on the healthy development of excellent Chinese boxing athletes,physically and mentally.Therefore,in the future,we can start from helping them improve their self-control to reduce and prevent their aggressive behavior.And,also in this way,we can help them improve their athletic performance.
