摘　　要：中国是全球化的一个内在变量,中国崛起过程必将带动新一轮全球化进程。告别传统的单线思维,我们需要认识到一个日益强大的中国必将反过来塑造和影响全球化的特点与进程。作为负责任的大国,中国参与新一轮全球化的抓手以"一带一路"战略布局、"亚投行"国际金融创新和"命运共同体"价值为代表。引领新一轮全球化进程将直接提升中国的软实力,从而获得正面评价与国际声誉,获得国际社会认可。本文强调了新一轮全球化所呈现出的双向互动特点,即国内与国际联动、新兴国家与世界联动,边缘与中心联动,这种超越西方中心主义的发展模式,致力于建构包容共享的全球新秩序。China is an internal variable of globalization,and the process of China's rise is bound to drive a new round of globalization.Discarding the traditional singleline thinking,we will come to recognize that an increasingly powerful China will certainly in turn shape and influence the characteristics and processes of globalization.As a responsible power,China participates in the new process of globalization with the strategic arrangements of the Belt and Road Initiatives,international financial innovation represented by the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank,and the idea of the'Community of Common Destiny'.Taking the initiative in the new process of globalization will directly enhance China's soft power,so as to lend a hand to China to obtain related positive evaluation and international reputation,as well as win recognition from the international community.This paper emphasizes the new process of globalization shows the characteristics of two-way interaction,that is,the linkages of nation-states and the international community,emerging countries and the rest of the world,and the periphery and the center;and this development model goes beyond the Western-centered one by being committed to build a global new order with a more inclusive sharing economy.
