后外侧入路钢板内固定治疗胫骨后外侧平台骨折疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨后外侧入路在治疗胫骨后外侧平骨折台的应用。方法对2012年1月至2015年12月在我院采用后外侧入路钢板内固定治疗且随访资料完整的24例胫骨后外侧平台骨折患者进行回顾性分析。结果手术时间50~115min(平均75min)。住院时间9~21d(平均14d)。患者手术切口均一期愈合,随访未发现内固定松动或断裂。随访时间为10~20个月,平均随访时间为13.2个月。骨折愈合时间为5~9周,平均愈合时间为6.4周。膝关节HSS评分86~97分(平均92.1分)。随访期间未发现明显膝关节面塌陷、内外翻畸形等并发症。结论膝关节后外侧入路能够直视下复位并固定胫骨后外侧平台骨折,手术创伤小,并发症少,临床疗效满意。Objective To explore the application of posterolateral approach in the treatment of posterior tibial lateral platform.Methods 24 patients with posterior tibial lateral platform fractures given posterior lateral lateral plate fixation in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively from January 2012 to December 2015. Results The operation time was 50 ~ 115 min（ average75 min）.Hospital stay was 9 ~ 21 d（ average 14 d）.The incision was first intension,and there was no fixation or rupture during follow-up.The follow-up period was 10 to 20 months（ average 13. 2 months）. Fracture healing time was 5 to 9 weeks（ average 6. 4 weeks）.The knee HSS score was 86 to 97 points（ mean 92. 1 points）.There was no obvious knee joint subsidence,internal and external deformity and other complications during the follow-up.Conclusion The posterolateral approach of the knee joint can reset and fix the posterior tibial lateral platform fracture directly,and it has smaller surgical trauma,less complications,and satisfactory clinical efficacy.
