咪唑斯汀对慢性荨麻疹患者IL-4、IFN-γ、IgE水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨咪唑斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床效果及对患者血清白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平的影响。方法选取我院2015年1月至2016年12月收治的120例慢性荨麻疹患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各60例,分别给予对应药物治疗,对比两组患者的临床症状及实验室指标。结果治疗后,观察组的血清IL-4、IgE水平显著的低于对照组,血清FN-γ水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的风团数目、风团大小、瘙痒程度、风团持续时间、风团发生频率积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的痊愈率40.00%、显效33.33%、有效20.00%、无效6.67%,对照组痊愈率28.33%、显效26.67%、有效33.33%、无效11.67%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论咪唑斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床效果较地氯雷他定更好,对患者血清IL-4、IgE及IFN-γ水平调节效果更好。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of mizolastine in the treatment of chronic urticaria and its effect on serum interleukin-4（ IL-4）,interferon-γ（ IFN-γ） and immunoglobulin E（ IgE） in chronic urticaria patients. Methods 120 patients with chronic urticaria admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016,in accordance with the random number,were divided into observation group and control group（ n = 60）. The patients were treated with the corresponding medicine. The clinical symptoms and laboratory indicators were evaluated. Results After treatment,the levels of serum IL-4 and Ig E in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）.The serum IFN-γ level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）.The numbers,sizes,time of duration and frequency of wheal and the itch degree in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The cure rate of the observation group was40. 00%,markedly effective 33. 33%,effective 20. 00%,ineffective 6. 67%,while these parameters in control group was 28. 73%,26. 67%,33. 33% and 11. 67%,respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The efficacy of mizolastine in the treatment of chronic urticaria is better than that of loratadine,and the regulation of serum IL-4,IgE and IFN-γ levels is better.
