骨科手术室关节镜器械专科专人管理的实践

摘　　要：目的探讨骨科手术室亚专业化下关节镜器械专科专人管理模式及其成效。方法将本院2013年开展的关节镜手术1093台设置为对照组,按照常规器械管理模式进行管理。将2016年上半年开展的关节镜手术1158台设为试验组,实施专科专人专柜管理,辅设器械准备护士与供应室进行器械交接工作。结果实施后的关节镜器械准备率由89.1%上升至96.7%,手术医生的满意度由90.5%提高至97.3%,关节镜器械损耗率由4.6%降低至2.4%。结论骨科关节镜器械专科专人管理模式的实施,确保了手术的顺利开展,提高了手术医生满意度和专科护士配合质量,值得推广。Objective To explore the specialized personnel management mode of arthroscopic apparatuses and its effects under sub-professionalization of orthopedic operating room. Methods 1093 arthroscopic surgeries performed in our hospital in2013 were set as control group,managed under routine mode of instrument administration. 1158 arthroscopic surgeries performed in first half year of 2016 were set as experimental group,conducting specialized,personnel and special cabinet-management as well as assigning instrument preparation nurse to complete the handover of instruments with supply room. Results After the conduct of newmanagement mode,arthroscopic apparatuses preparation rate reached to 96. 7% from the previous 89. 1%,satisfaction degree of surgeons reached to 97. 3% from the previous 90. 5% and the attrition rate of arthroscopic apparatuses decreased to 2. 4%from the previous 4. 6%. Conclusion The implementation of specialized personnel management mode of arthroscopic apparatuses,ensures the conduct of operation and improves the satisfaction degree of surgeons as well as cooperation quality of professional nurses,worthy of promotion.
