摘　　要：目的:利用信息化手段,建立临床用药的闭环管理流程,达到保证患者安全用药的目的。方法:采用条码标示、识别和核对等信息技术,在医嘱开立、药品调剂、交接、运输、发放和用药的全程实现闭环管理;在关键医疗安全环节,通过临床决策支持系统的提示、警告、控制等作用,对医疗行为进行自反馈控制。结果:建立起基于信息平台的用药闭环管理。结论:通过用药闭环管理,可以达到安全用药,保证患者安全的目的。Objective： To assure patient medication safety by building closed-loop management process of clinical medication with information technology. Methods： The closed-loop management is composed of medical order, drug adjustment, transportation, medicine getting and use based on bar-code label, identification and verification. In the key medical safety process, the information system can prompt, warn and control the medical order by self-feedback by the clinical decision support system（CDSS）. Results： A closed-loop management based on information platform has shaped. Conclusions： The closed-loop can assure medication safety and improve patient safety.
