摘  要:医院服务宗旨"以患者为中心",而医疗一直是"以医生为中心"运行,两个"中心"处于纠结之中。医患关系决定着医院秩序,医院秩序最能代表医疗的本质与特色,体现着医患关系的状况。医患关系的焦点在利益,要调整医院的利益结构,维护医生的合法利益,让医生维护好患者的利益。医改要把合理的医患利益关系建立起来,努力构建医院新秩序。The mission of hospital is patient centered but medical process is doctor centered. Hospital and patient relationship reflects hospital management. Hospital management can mostly reflect hospital nature and characters and reflect the status of hospital and patient relationship. The key point of hospital patient relationship is interest. It is considered that it needs to adjust hospital interest allocation, protect doctor's legal interest, then doctor can protect patient's interest. Rational hospital patient interest relationship needs to be reconstructed by healthcare reform and rebuilds hospital new governance.
