利尿通淋散联合穴位按摩防治痔疮术后尿潴留的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察利尿通淋散联合穴位按摩防治痔疮术后尿潴留的效果。方法选取100例痔疮术后患者,根据患者自愿原则分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组给予常规护理;观察组在常规护理的基础上于患者痔疮术后立即给予利尿通淋散饮服,术后给予穴位按摩。比较两组术后自行排尿率、导尿术使用率、患者满意度及术后生活质量。结果干预后,观察组自行排尿率、满意度、生活质量显著高于对照组,导尿术使用率显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在痔疮术后患者中采用利尿通淋散联合穴位按摩有助于促进患者自行排尿,能有效降低导尿术使用率,提高患者的满意度和术后生活质量。objective to observe the clinical effect of diuretic tonglin granules（ DTG） combination with acupiont message on urinary retention after hemorrhoid surgery. Methods According to the voluntary principles,100 patients of urinary retention after hemorrhoid surgery were divided into treatment group and control groups.50 patients in eac Hgroup.In the control group were cared with routine; nursingthe study group,DTG were taken by patients after hemorrhoids surgery,and the patients were cared with acupiont message. The automatic micturition,catheter use,satisfaction degree of patients and postoperative quality of life were compared between two groups of patients after hemorrhoids surgery.Results Results of clinical efficacy of the treatment group significantly better than the control group.（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion DTG combination with acupiont message could promote micturition in postoperative patients with hemorrhoids surgery and effectively reduce the incidence of urinary retention after hemorrhoid surgery to improve the patient＇s satisfaction and the postoperative quality of life.
